What lesions and skin conditions can be treated with plasma fibroblast?

Many different types of lesions and skin conditions can be treated with plasma fibroblast. You, as the technician, will determine whether or not your client is a candidate for any given treatment.

The following is a brief overview of some of the skin conditions that can be treated with plasma fibroblast: This table represents a partial list:

Developmental Skin abnormalities

acne
  • Acne scars and scars associated with scarring, Plasma treatment can be used in combination with other treatments to get the best result, and any scars should be one year old or older before plasma treatment. (The client will need several follow-up treatments and each case will be unique).

Growths and tissue defects

Cherry angiomas removal
  • Cherry angiomas removal (One treatment is normally sufficient, depending on the size of treatment)
Broken capillaries
  • Broken capillaries (superficially spider veins) on face or nose area only (the client might need a quick touchup)
Milia
  • Mila removal (One treatment is normally sufficient, depending on the size of treatment)
Skin tag removal
  • Skin tag removal (One treatment is normally sufficient, depending on the size of treatment)
Mole and Growth removal
  • Mole and Growth removal (Client needs a dermatologist's confirmation that it's not cancerous and it’s safe to remove with plasma fibroblasts.) Follow-up treatments could be required depending on deepness of the growth
Sun spots
  • Sunspots (sun brown spots are superficial and normally one mild skin resurfacing will do)
Age, Liver spot removal
  • Age, Liver spot removal, (might need multiple treatments to do resurfacing of the spot and there is a change that it could not disappear, two to three treatments) 
Sebaceous hyperplasia
  • Sebaceous hyperplasia removal (need confirmed dermatologist diagnose it’s not malignant) (normally one treatment will do)
Corns / Calluses
  • Corns / Calluses removal (normally one treatment will do)
Xanthelasma
  • Xanthelasma (follow-up will depend on deepness of xanthelasma)
Rhinophyma
  • Rhinophyma (client will need several follow-up treatments depending on the severity of the rhinophyma, each case will be unique)

Cosmetic concerns
big pores

  • Skin problems: big pores, wrinkling, unwanted tattoos. (Client will need several follow-up treatments depending on the severity for each)
jowls, loose neck skin
  • Sagging facial skin: jowls, loose neck skin (one or more treatments depending on the severity of loose skin and wrinkles and how the skin reacts to the treatment, each case will be unique)
Tummy tightening
  • Tummy tightening: (one to three treatments depending on the severity of loose skin and wrinkles and how the skin reacts to the treatment, each case will be unique
Stretch marks
  • Stretch marks: (one or more treatments depending on the severity of stretch marks and how the skin reacts to the treatment, each case will be unique)
Smoker lines
  • Smoker lines: (one or more treatments depending on the severity and deepness of the lines and how the skin reacts to the treatment, each case will be unique. Please take note that Plasma Fibroblast treatment does not result in bigger lips, the swelling is just temporary

Eyes

To correct drooping of the upper eyelids
  • To correct drooping of the upper eyelids (one or more treatments depending on the severity of loose skin and wrinkles and how the skin reacts to the treatment, each case will be unique)
To correct drooping of the upper eyelids
  • Lines around eyes (one or more treatments depending on the severity of wrinkles and how the skin reacts to the treatment, each case will be unique)
