Important "Skin Care Basics?”

What are the basics of caring for the skin correctly before undertaking any aesthetic procedures or even considering cosmetic surgery?

Let’s examine what care you need to take before considering any type of skin rejuvenation, or even cosmetic surgery.

  • Nutrition is crucial. You need a diet rich in vitamins and minerals, clean eating generally, consuming less processed foods, etc. We cannot express enough how important this is. The skin is your body's greatest organ and it reflects everything that is going inside of you.
  • The use of a broad-spectrum sunblock is crucial because the sun accelerates the loss of collagen, increases pigmentation, and dehydrates the skin; the sun is a very important factor in the process of aging skin.
  • What you use to hydrate your skin and how much you hydrate it will improve the skin's plumpness and suppleness.
  • The use of a complete skin care routine on a daily basis that addresses all of the issues and improves hydration and oil production
  • Enough Sleep is crucial. When you get less sleep, your skin becomes dull, reduces blood supply, ash looking and loses its healthy glow

Next Step

After doing all of the above, the next step is where you start thinking "how can I improve my skin even more?" and that's where plasma fibroblast, lasers, or needling etcetera comes in.

Any type of these mentioned procedures together with the above-mentioned skin care routine will help to increase collagen stimulation and combat a dull looking dry skin.

Dull skin

If you maintain this cycle, the loss of collagen and skin thinning will slow down, especially around the face and neck. The neck and eye regions are particularly crucial because they are actually finer to begin with and without any type of care it ends up becoming very creepy.

The Benefits

So if you do all of this on a regular basis you're going to continue to see waves of collagen building momentum, so instead of your skin going downwards its going upwards, and if you start doing this when you're in your late + - 30ties when your skin is still firm and plump, doing needling or a light plasma Fibroblast etcetera treatment you're going to maintain the levels of collagen as opposed to trying to repair the damage already done in your later years.

Off course you need to do this together with all of the above-mentioned healthy skin lifestyle and routine. Actually, preventing your skin from aging in the first place is much easier to maintain than try to fill it up from the ground but it’s never too late to start and would definitely still have merit and value.

The mistake most people make is to adopt one targeted approach, such as getting non-surgical procedures like laser therapy, plasma fibroblast, or micro-needling ect, without realizing that they are neglecting the other important factors, such as a good skin care routine, a healthy lifestyle, and protecting their skin from the sun, which are all crucial for achieving a younger-looking skin.

Without addressing these factors, the non-surgical procedures may be a waste of time and money.

So, what makes a person to look younger?

Both the facial shape, and a healthy-looking skin and the 2 of them brought together gives you an overall younger looking appearance

So, in a nutshell

  • With your healthy lifestyle & skin routine focus on a healthier skin from the inside & outside

Dermatologists & Aesthetic technicians

  • Focus to reduce wrinkles, fine lines, boosts the production of collagen, reduces the production of pigmentation, and in the end, rejuvenates the skin to restore its luster and brightness and enhance the collagen production and actually some shrinking of the skin.

Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeons

  • Focus on the sagging of the skin, the overall facial shape and volume (fat transfers). Please understand, there is no other reliable way to directly address loose excessive sagging skin and facial shape than cosmetic surgery! They basically bring the entire soft tissue of the face backup in the original position; however, surgery doesn't do anything to the surface of the skin (dryness & dullness), you can have a surgical facelift and the skin can still look dull and tired even if it’s tightened.

"In conclusion, the actions you take before and after any aesthetic procedure, even before having a surgical facelift, are crucial. which includes daily skin care, sun protection, a healthy diet, exercise, and a good night’s sleep
You Can't control what happens to your facial volume You can't control what's happening with excessive sagging of the skin
But you have 100% control over what's happening to the aging of the skin
